Locals Surprised with a Flyover!

Thanks for stopping by to read my blog.  I hope you enjoy!  This is my first blog post... ever!  Blogging is something I've wanted to try my hand at for a while.  There just never seemed to be the time.  I got intentional and voila!  So, here goes...  

This week something really cool happened along our beautiful Gulf Coast.  On Tuesday The Blue Angels and the Thunderbirds teamed up for a a surprise fly over the Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Perdido Key and Pensacola Beach beaches!  I've seen several videos and it looked thrilling.  I wish I could have seen it in person!  There are videos circling on social media platforms and from local news stations.  I found this article on the Blue Angels website.  Within the article there are links to various videos posted on social media.  One of those videos will link you to the Orange Beach Community facebook page.  If you scroll down there are some great photos and videos.  Next best thing to seeing the fly over in person.  It never gets old watching The Blue Angels!!

In searching for these videos I discovered that the two demonstration squadrons plan to have a number of scheduled flyovers as a thank you to our health care workers, some will be together and some solo.  To get more info on the cities being planned click here.
